This twin-villa project in Zekeriyaköy, combining the simple lines of modern architecture with the warm texture of nature, stands out with its simple form language, sophisticated material selection, and exquisite detailing. The matte-textured façade surfaces, black vertical lines, and wood ceiling accents create a contemporary presence with a strong character.
The Zekeriyaköy Villa Project is a private residence project comprised of two independent residences, designed and implemented by Lazolini. The villas are elegant examples of modern architecture, designed with a balance of contrasting colors, simple geometries, and a functional plan.
The façade features anthracite tones, natural stone cladding, and wooden ceiling transitions, creating a contemporary yet warm look. Inside, custom-designed furniture, soft-textured fabrics, and a natural color palette create a serene yet refined atmosphere. The living room, with its spacious open spaces and natural light, is the focal point of the space, while the bedrooms emphasize comfort, elegance, and meticulous attention to detail.
A holistic design language, balancing functionality and aesthetics, was adopted throughout the project; the entire process, from concept to implementation, was meticulously managed.
