This special waterside mansion project, located in Baltalimanı, is one of the most powerful examples of modern stone architecture integrated into the natural fabric of the Bosphorus. Lazolini undertook all exterior, interior, and technical fabrication processes on a turnkey basis. With its topographically integrated stepped layout, solid stone masonry, panoramic façade openings, and sustainable material selection, the building offers a contemporary interpretation of the region's architectural character.

Located on the shores of Baltalimanı, this structure, which blends the blue of the Bosphorus with the green of the forest, is the product of an architectural approach that chooses to integrate with nature rather than compete with it. The rhythmic repetition of natural stone surfaces, the volumes cascading in harmony with the slope of the land, and the sea terraces that give a sense of infinity, create an architectural landscape.

The materials used in the interiors strike a balance where naturalness intersects with luxury: basalt stone, oak texture, and bronze details create a sophisticated yet serene atmosphere. At the heart of the building, the interior pool gallery dramatically reveals the texture of the stone walls with natural light. Living spaces overlooking the Bosphorus are opened to the water and light through floor-to-ceiling glass surfaces.

The entire production and implementation process took place in Lazolini's specialized workshops—every stage, from facade cladding and fixtures to stone cutting and metal details, was designed and produced specifically for the project. This project is not just a residence; it's a manifesto for living that respects Istanbul's topography, light, and spirit.
