The Zekeriyaköy Housing Estate Project was designed as a transformation project that blends in with the region's natural beauty while also incorporating all the comforts of urban living. The project, comprising a total of 20 twin villas, preserved the architectural infrastructure of the existing structures and redesigned them with a contemporary form. Vertical lines, anthracite tones, and natural wood textures on the façade create a warm and balanced contrast.
A soft tone palette, simple forms, and the dominance of natural light were prioritized throughout the interiors. Each villa's planning, tailored to user needs, fosters spaciousness and continuity. Modern furniture layouts blend with custom-made details in the living spaces, while lighting scenarios serve as a key element that enhances the character of the space.
This project is a contemporary reflection of Lazolini's architectural approach, which combines aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.
