The Bodrum Küçükbük Stone Houses Project was designed with a unique layout concept that combines the stone textures unique to the Aegean region with contemporary architecture. Situated on a large plot, the project caters to diverse living expectations by offering two distinct layouts: villas and apartments.
Centered on Küçükbük's natural texture, the project blends the timeless aesthetics of stone with modern lines, creating a unique identity for the region. The villas, with their spacious gardens and terraces, offer the opportunity to live in touch with nature, while the apartment typologies offer more compact, practical, yet equally comfortable solutions. Natural stone cladding, wood details, and warm-textured materials used throughout the units imbue the living spaces with a simple yet powerful character.
Taking advantage of the site's sloping terrain, each residence was designed to maximize views and light. Private pools, spacious terraces, and gardens integrated with the landscape were considered integral components of the design. Interior design, open-plan solutions, ample use of natural light, and contemporary furniture selections imbue the spaces with both modern elegance and a spacious atmosphere.
